PROJECT NOTES / 04
Fakhama
A suit-rental mobile application with client and administrator journeys: browsing, favourites, reservations and product management.
The question behind the project
Renting an outfit involves more than choosing a product. The mobile journey needs to bring together the catalogue, size and date selection, a cart and reservation management, while keeping the client and administrator flows distinct.
What I built
- Organized the Expo/React Native application around file-based routes for clients and administrators, including catalogue, product details, favourites and cart screens.
- Connected the mobile interface to a Laravel REST API through a central Axios service. The project documentation covers authentication, product management and reservation requests.
- Worked with shared cart state and the details of the API contract: category values, size and date fields, nested favourite responses and multipart requests.
What came out of it
Fakhama gives a fuller picture of my development background: mobile interfaces, application state, API integration and the practical details that connect a screen to a working flow.
What the evidence does—and doesn’t—say
The repository documents an academic demonstration. I do not present it as a publicly deployed commercial service or a completed security audit.
